Formed in 2007, Freeman Concrete Construction, LLC is a certified D/WBE located in Shawnee, Kansas. Freeman has extensive experience in all facets of horizontal construction and infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on design-build. Freeman Concrete Construction is family owned and operated. Company leaders grew up in the construction industry and have a vested interest in the success of every project. We perform jobs for municipalities, government agencies, private contractors and developers all across the Midwest.
